Superior Rental Protection
A 6 or 12 month superior rental protection warranty covers loss of rent up to £4,000 p.c.m and legal expenses authorised and incurred by Louvain Properties, including court costs to obtain vacant possession after non-payment of rent. Unlike the Smart warranties, Superior pays up to vacant possession, even if the tenancy agreement has ended, as long as the warranty remains in place and is paid for.
Smart Rental Protection +
A 6 or 12 month smart rental protection + warranty covers loss of rent up to £3,000 p.c.m and legal expenses authorised and incurred by Louvain Properties, including court costs to obtain vacant possession following non-payment of rent. However, unlike the standard rental protection warranty, the warranty + provides cover for the first months unpaid rent, meaning there is no exclusion period.
Smart Rental Protection
A 6 or 12 month smart rental protection warranty covers loss of rent up to £3,000 p.c.m* and legal expenses authorised and incurred by Louvain Properties (up to a maximum total benefit of £25,000), including court costs to obtain vacant possession following non-payment of rent. *The first months rent is not covered.
Smart Start Rent Protection
Available for 6 or 12 months and can be easily renewed. This warranty covers up to 4 months arrears on a 6 month tenancy and up to 5 months arrears on a 12 month tenancy. And covers loss of rent up to £3,000 p.c.m should a tenant fall into arrears.
Smart Deposit Solution
Is a zero deposit option for tenants but it also provides the landlord with cover for the last month’s rent* should this be unpaid. The tenant pays a one off fee as an alternative to a deposit and the landlord gets a warranty product which provides him with up to 2 months rental value cover for damages/dilapidations/rent arrears *(terms and conditions apply). Covers rental amounts of £2,100 p.c.m or less
Collect & Pay
Is an innovative product that offers landlords and managing agents the security and peace of mind that rents will be paid on time, each and every month, for the duration of the tenancy and longer in some cases…regardless of whether the tenant pays the rent or not. Covers rent up to £5,000 per calendar month. Benefits also include up to £50,000.00 worth of cover for rent arrears and legal expenses following non-payment of rent.
